Everything You Need to Know Before the Show
Who Can Attend?
Schools and homeschool groups / co-ops who have made reservations. Additional chaperones and teachers are welcome to attend any performance at the student rate of $1 if they are included in your reservation. If parents want to attend, they need to be a part of your reservation number. Bus driver tickets are free.
How Do I Pay?
For Schools:
Payments are preferred in advance either by cash, check or credit card. If
prepayment is not possible, you may pay at the box office window when you
arrive. Please have your money in an envelope with the school name, grade level and amount written on the front. You are expected to pay for the number of seats you have reserved.
One Free Teacher Ticket is provided for every 25 students.
For Homeschools / Co-Ops:
Payment via cash, check, or credit card is due at time of reservation in order to guarantee your seating.
Can I Get a Refund?
Because we have saved a certain number of seats for your group at your request— and not sold them to other groups — there are no refunds or cancellations for students who do not attend. If the number of seats you have reserved drops from your original reservation, please contact the Box Office no less than 30 days in advance so we can re-invoice you and accommodate a school that is on the waiting list. Only then would you owe a lesser re-invoiced amount. If your number reduces within 30 days of the performance, then you are expected
to pay for the original invoiced amount. These performances are usually sold out
early – so please be as accurate in your reservation numbers as possible.
Accessibility for Special Needs
The Temple Theater and the Pines Theater are both accessible. Please submit special needs requests when making your reservation. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served
