Theater Policies

From ticketing and late seating to mobile phone use and recording restrictions, you’ll find everything you need to know to feel confident and comfortable before the show begins.

Late Seating

Latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate break in the performance. Audience members who wish to leave before the conclusion of the program are requested to do so at appropriate breaks in the performance. Patrons will be

re-admitted at the direction of an Encorp Volunteer or Arts Alliance staff member. We want to keep the disruptions to

a minimum out of respect for our patrons and performers.

Recording

Cameras and any video equipment are NOT permitted in the theater unless otherwise stated by an

Arts Alliance staff member for a specific performance.

Cell Phones & Electronic

Devices

Please turn off (or put on silent mode) all of your devices as a courtesy to other patrons and our performers. Patrons who expect to be called while attending a performance are requested to leave the performance before answering the device.

Children

In consideration of our patrons, parents are requested to remove crying or disruptive children from the theater while the performance is in progress. Every child must have a ticket and his / her own seat.
