Janet’s Planet: “Tour Through The Solar System” is a highly interactive stage show where Captain Janet prepares the students to blast off and learn about the STAR at the center of our solar system, the SUN, and every planet (and dwarf planet) that abide on the outer spiral arm of the Milky Way Galaxy! The Tour of the Solar System introduces audiences to the planets, asteroids and dwarf planets in our solar system. Sitting in the auditorium, students are whisked to the surfaces of each planet and can view what we know or imagine each to look like. As students enjoy the view, Captain Janet informs them of the planets’ features and interesting characteristics. Janet gets students to act out planet behavior on stage and take quizzes after each planet and win prizes! It’s a fun-filled adventure, filled with facts and figures and students will leave with their brains full of knowledge about the solar system and dreaming of stars and space.
