Why Subscribe?
As a subscriber, your subscription seats are reserved for you at every performance. You receive priority seating and retain the same seats for the entire season. You receive all of your tickets in advance; you won’t have to wait in box office lines or risk missing a sold-out performance. For as long as you continue your subscription, you have first opportunity to renew the same seats. If you decide to make a change, your request is given the highest priority and is processed before new orders.
Subscription Information
Subscriptions are filled in the order they are received. Renewals from current subscribers are processed first. Orders - for new subscriptions and from current subscribers wishing to change seats – are filled subject to availability. ORDER EARLY FOR BEST SEATS! Seat assignments for new orders or changes are made in order of date received. You will be contacted by phone or E-mail to choose your seat(s).
Your check or credit card will be processed once your order is filled. You will receive confirmation of your order by email.
If you are unable to attend a performance, please consider a ticket donation. This will free-up those seats for other patrons and you will receive a tax-deductible receipt. WAITING LIST POLICY: If you call or E-mail the box office to release your seats at least 48-hours before show time AND if there is a waiting list for tickets, we will send you a donation tax receipt for one-half the value of the ticket(s). We will also send you a credit voucher for the amount of the other half. This credit voucher is good for one year and can be used for additional single tickets, the cost of next year’s subscription, advertising in the playbill, gift cards, Camp CenterStage tuition, and special gift packages. Several credit vouchers can be applied towards a purchase. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Please don’t leave your seats empty! If you have to miss a performance, please share your tickets with family, friends, or co-workers - or donate them back to the Arts Alliance and receive the tax receipt and credit voucher (if there is a waiting list).
