Boston Brass will be swinging in the holiday season by teaming up with all-star brass players from around the globe. This holiday spectacular, hosted by Angelina Arts Alliance, comes to the Temple Theater Thursday, December 9th at 7:30pm.    Tickets ($31-$40) are available at the Temple Theater box office. The box office is open weekdays noon-5:30, or you may purchase tickets by phone at 936-633-5454.  The Temple Theater is located on the Angelina College campus in Lufkin. Now celebrating 25 years together, Boston Brass has created a one-of-a-kind Christmas musical experience.  It has assembled a world-class ensemble of all-star veteran brass players to produce a seamless and glorious sound that will fire up your holiday season.  The 15-member ensemble features trumpets, trombones, French horns, tuba, and a swinging jazz rhythm section. The concert highlights big band jazz arranger Stan Kenton’s Christmas Carols, along with other holiday favorites, including The Nutcracker Dances, White Christmas, and Greensleeves. It’s a perfect gift to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year!  Reviewers write, “This concert is vibrant dynamite wrapped up in a gorgeous holiday bow.”
