Mandy Patinkin is the Tony Award®-winning revolutionary from Evita who grew into a bone fide Broadway star in Sunday in the Park with George. To some, he’s the Emmy® Award-winning Best Actor for his portray of Dr. Jeffrey Geiger in Chicago Hope. To others, he will always be the man whose name is Inigo Montoya, the swashbuckling swordsman in The Princess Bride. Mandy starred in the CBS series Criminal Minds and returned to TV in the Emmy® and Golden Globe Award-winning Showtime Original Series, Homeland, as CIA Division Chief Saul Berenson. He belongs to the special breed of singer who doesn’t merely dramatize songs, but incorporates them into his very being. His interpretations of popular standards, superbly accompanied by Paul Ford at the piano, come straight from the heart. Mr. Ford, musician, arranger, musical director, and writer, is considered by many to be the best pianist in New York. From Rodgers and Hammerstein to Stephen Sondheim, from Harry Chapin to Irving Berlin and Cole Porter – you will hear blockbuster Broadway songs as only Mandy Patinkin can deliver.
