LUFKIN, TX. Tickets go on sale November 14 at 11 a.m. at the Temple Theater Box Office for Cool Yule – The Manhattan Transfer Swings Christmas. With worldwide sales in the millions, Grammy Awards by the dozen, veterans of sold-out world tours, vocal jazz quartet The Manhattan Transfer will perform their acclaimed Christmas concert on the Temple Theater stage December 16 at 7:30 pm. This will be the only Christmas Concert by this award-winning quartet in the state of Texas. Hear favorites like “Let it Snow”, “White Christmas”, and “Happy Holidays” with the high-energy, jazzy swing style that Manhattan Transfer is known for. Tickets are $40-$60, and are expected to sell out quickly. If you follow the Arts Alliance on Facebook there are ticket giveaways for every event. The Temple Theater is located on the Angelina College campus in Lufkin.
