Ticket Policies

Tickets may be mailed or held in Will Call whether purchased online* or by phone.  If purchased at least 10 days before the performance, mailing is an option.  If purchased within 10 days of the performance tickets will be held in Will Call for pick up, during Box Office hours, at the patron's discretion.

Sorry, there are **no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Due to the nature of live performing arts, all programs, artists, dates, times, and prices are subject to change. If this occurs, we will try to notify you as soon as possible. E-mail is our preferred method of communication. Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of canceled events which are not re-scheduled.

Everyone who attends a performance, regardless of age, must have a ticket and sit in a seat. If you are unsure of a performance’s suitability for children, call (936) 633-5454.

$20 RUSH TICKETS - are offered only at sold out performances - $20 RUSH tickets will be offered in person at the Box Office only, beginning one hour prior to the performance.  $20 RUSH ticket holders will be received into the theater 5 minutes before curtain to find any empty seat that has been left vacant by someone who purchased the seat but was unable to attend.  If an empty seat is not located, the RUSH ticket holder is welcome to come back to the Box Office and receive a refund. (ONLY Angelina Arts Alliance staff/volunteers are allowed to stand during a performance.)

*There is a $7 per ticket online fee.

**In certain situations there could be a 'buy back' option at sold out performances.
