For the 2017-18 Season, new subscription orders will be accepted beginning Friday, May 5, 2017 through Friday, June 30, 2017. Applications will be processed beginning Monday, June 5, 2017. Call (936) 633-5454 for more information. There are 7 performances that are included in the 2017-18 season. The first performance, which will be announced with the season, May 5th, IS NOT part of the subscription package. It is a "special event."

As a subscriber, your subscription seats are reserved for you at every performance. You receive priority seating and retain the same seats for the entire season. All of your tickets are mailed in advance; you won’t have to wait in box office lines or risk missing a sold-out performance. For as long as you continue your subscription, you have first opportunity to renew the same seats or request a change during the renewal period. Seating changes, ie. location, adding or dropping seats. Changes are considered the day after the renewal date deadline.
Renewals from current subscribers are processed first. Change requests from current subscribers are processed second and then new applicants are contacted and offered available seating.
Your check or credit card will be processed once your order is filled.
As a Subscriber, if you are unable to attend a performance, please give your tickets to family, friends or colleagues or consider a ticket donation back to the Arts Alliance. This will free-up those seats for single ticket buyers and as a thanks to you we will send, by mail a tax-deductible receipt. WAITING LIST POLICY: If you call or E-mail the box office to release your seats at least 48-hours before show time AND if there is a waiting list for tickets, we will send you a donation tax receipt for one-half the value of the ticket(s) and a credit voucher for the amount of the other half. This credit voucher is good for one year and can be used for additional single tickets, towards the cost of next year’s subscription, advertising in the playbill and gift cards. Several credit vouchers can be applied towards a purchase. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. If a performance is SOLD OUT you will be refunded the single ticket price of your subscriber tickets for that performance. Please don’t leave your seats empty!

How To Order Subscriptions
If you are interested in becoming a season subscriber, please complete a New Subscriber order form, no earlier than Friday May 5th - submit online, by mail, fax, email, or in-person at our box office. You will be contacted by our Box Office Manager with available seating. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover credit/debit cards. As well as filling in the information on this page, order forms can be obtained in person, by fax or as an attachment in an email.
